The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential service to help you and your immediate family members with a wide range of problems. It's available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. EAP clinicians provide information, support and referral services to assist employees and/or their immediate family members with the concerns that may be causing a loss of balance in their lives. These include but are not limited to:

• Strained relationships
• Stress at home or work
• Legal questions
• Budgeting
• Parenting concerns
• Depression and anxiety
• Conflicts, anger and resentment
• Grief and loss

Up to six sessions per individual and/or dependent, per issue. Every attempt will be made to assist you with any issue or point you in the right direction.

EAP counselors hold a minimum of a master's degree in the counseling field. Services include:
