Harrison Grab and Go Meal Details

Please note that Nutrition Staff will not provide meals until the bus has left the bus loop. We appreciate your patience and cooperation with this process.

The USDA has extended funding for free meals, including grab-and-go, through the end of the 2020-2021 school year. As the number of in-person learning days increases, students will still be able to receive grab-and-go meals, with some modifications to the process. Please be aware of the following changes that may impact your family:

    • Week of Nov. 2 only: Students in grades K-2 who attend seated classes on Monday may take home 2 meals at the end of the day for Tuesday and Wednesday. Students in grades 3-8 who attend classes on Monday may take home 4 meals at the end of the day for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Students in grades K-8 who attend seated classes on Friday will not receive grab-and-go meals on Nov. 6.
    • Beginning the week of Nov. 9: Students in grades K-8 may take home 1 meal at the end of the day on Tuesday for Wednesday when they will be learning at home.
    • Virtual students: Students participating in the fully virtual learning option will continue to pick up their grab-and-go meals as previously scheduled on Monday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. or 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The week of Thanksgiving Break, students will receive 2 grab-and-go meals on Monday, Nov. 23.
    • Reminder for all families: To pick up grab-and-go meals, you must place your order in advance by completing this form.
