Free tutoring will begin January 9th for those Math and English students who need assistance. Tutoring will be held in the Hillcrest Library each Thursday from 3-4pm
If you will be 15 years of age by March 3, 2020, you are eligible to participate in CoxHealth Medical Explorers! This program offers young adults an opportunity to see if a career in health care is right for them. Registration for the next chance to participate is underway. Applications are available in the Counseling Center and will be accepted for the upcoming session until January 18, 2020 at noon.
The Hillcrest swim team beat 9 teams at the Winnetonka Invite this past weekend. The 200 free relay team Ellie Clark, Nadine Hinkley, Taylor Deloach, and Rebecca Loya medaled. The 400 free relay of Ellie Clark, Alexis Allen, Taylor Deloach, and Emily Lesue also medaled. Emily Lesue Medaled in both her events the 200 Im and100 back.
The new 20/20 rule is now in affect. No students will be permitted to leave the first 20 or last 20 minutes of any class. Bathroom passes are for bathroom use ONLY. Use green passes for any other
Students…do you have a library fine you need to pay off? Help us stock the Hillcrest food pantry and clear your fines at the same time. During the month of December, bring in any nonperishable food item and we will clear $1 in library fines for every item you bring.
2 morning and 2 afternoon practices. AM practice will be Monday and Wednesday morning 6:30-7:30am PM practice will be Tuesday and Thursday 3-4:30pm
Attention students: Please be aware that regardless of inclement weather and possible school cancellation on Monday, we will adhere to the finals schedule next week. This means IF school happens to be cancelled on Monday, we will still have blue day finals on Tuesday--then orange day review on Wednesday and finals on Thursday.
