Fly SPS provides students instruction in aviation and the opportunity to earn their private pilot's license while earning high school and college credit. Students will spend half the school day at Springfield-Branson National Airport engaged in aviation classroom work, simulator use, and flight hours. Upon successful completion of the two-year program, students can continue their associate degree in aviation, earn a commercial pilot's license or pursue other careers in aviation. Potential aviation careers include commercial and airline pilots, co-pilots and flight engineers.
