Capital Projects Department

  • The Capital Projects Department is responsible for all aspects related to the review and implementation of all approved capital construction projects districtwide that support effective use of fiscal resources, district infrastructure needs and learning goals.

New Bidding/Proposal Process-Effective 07.01.2021

  •  The Capital Projects Department would encourage all vendors (contractors) to register online to receive our Bid/Proposal notifications via our electronic bidding/proposal system; by registering with this system, you will receive email notifications of solicitations matching your company’s commodity profile. There is no cost to register, access, and/or submit electronic bid/proposal responses posted by the District. 

     Effective July 01, 2021 all vendors (contractors) are required to be registered online as we have moved to a completely electronic bidding/proposal system. As a department we will utilize this system for all vendor contacts, to ensure all vendors have equitable access to bidding information and opportunity to bid.
