2025-2026 WINGS ENROLLMENT FORM

If your child is currently enrolled in WINGS or has recently qualified for gifted services, please complete the 2025-2026 WINGS Enrollment Form to verify their enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year. Please submit one form per student. Complete the form even if your child is not returning to WINGS next year.

These enrollment forms are only for students who have qualified for the WINGS program. If you would like to have your student evaluated for gifted services, please follow the referral instructions in the bottom left corner of the home page. A confirmation of your responses will be sent to the email address provided.
