All students must present documentation of up-to-date immunization status, including month, day, and year of each immunization before attending school.
Immunizations can be administered by your personal physician or at Cox Care Mobile, which will be at Pipkin Middle School Aug. 22-26. No appointment is necessary and the vaccines are provided free of charge. The Care Mobile will be parked at the corner of Boonville and Calhoun from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day. Vaccines will be available for students in grades K-12.
