CHS, HHS media students win big at national Student Television Network convention

Over spring break, Central and Hillcrest High School broadcast journalism students traveled to Long Beach, California, to compete in the Student Television Network National Convention. There, they competed against 2,700 other attendees in various media events, taking top prizes in several.
Central High School
- Outstanding Achievement in Broadcast Excellence for Instagram Show, 3 Minute Thursdays
- 1st Place in Vertical Short Film (Central Intelligence Staff)
- 3rd Place in News Editing (Macie Jungmann)
- Honorable Mention in Music Video (Darla Bauer, Charlotte Bauer, Lily Bartlett, Lauren Tyau)
- Honorable Mention in Vertical Tutorial (Shyam Rama)
Hillcrest High School
