Springfield Public Schools, with support from CoxHealth, Mercy, and the Springfield-Greene County Health Department, is offering the seasonal flu vaccine to any student free of charge, as supply allows. Flu vaccine clinics will be held at each school site. It is extremely important to protect our students and staff from the flu each year.
Key information:
- A completed and signed consent form is required for each student to receive the vaccine. Consent forms are available HERE or can be obtained at the school. The completed and signed consent form must be turned in to the school nurse prior to the flu clinic date.
