CHS Math Team places 14th in Math League National Championship
2019 Central High School Math Team
The Central High School Math Team participated in the annual Math League National Championship on June 13, 2020. The competition made history as it was the largest ever held and for the first time it was held online.
Approximately 295 students from 75 schools in 19 different states participated.
The Central High School team placed 14th overall.
Raghav Bansal placed 1st overall for 9th grade and Dylan Fowler placed 10th overall for 12th grade.
“The competition was really tough this year,” said Ellen Hunter, math team co-chair. “We are proud of our team and proud of the students for taking the time to compete online during their summer break.”
