KHS students place fourth in statewide cyber security challenge
The Kickapoo High School Cyber Security team placed fourth at the Missouri Cyber Security Challenge on Oct. 9.
Together, 10 teams competed in the finals of the Missouri High School Cyber Security challenge, held in Tan Tar A Resort. Students were chosen through the first-round competition among more than 50 teams from across Missouri.
"It was an incredible experience for the kids," said Scott Neeman, KHS Mathematics and PLTW Computer Science instructor. "They met representatives from several colleges, the Department of Defense, and even the Governor."
