Board of Education meets Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2019

The Springfield Public Schools’ Board of Education will meet Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2019.  A public hearing will be held for the 2019 Ad Valorem Tax Rates.

New business includes:

• Sidewalk Easement - Wilson's Creek
• Student Fees Update 

Unfinished business to be voted on at the meeting will include:

• Ad Valorem Property tax Rates
• MSIP 6 Proposed Rule

2019 Bond Project Updates and Actions will include:

• Quarterly Update
• Change Orders
• Asbestos Abatement at Berry and new property purchased for Boyd
• Special Inpections/Construction Observation/Testing Services for Southwest ECC
• Materials Testing/Special Inspections for Delaware and Sunshine
• Sunshine Renovation and Construction Contract
