Kickapoo FBLA team places at nationals

Kickapoo High School's Future Business Leaders of America team competed at Nationals the week of June 24 in San Antonio, Texas. Business teacher Jared Wooderson said, “We had an amazing time at the FBLA National Leadership Conference. We had seven students receive awards against the best in the world.”

Here are the results:

6th Place - Business Plan (Brooklyn Lofthouse, Marshall Shine and Charles Taylor)

8th Place - Business Law (Aiden Lee)

9th Place - Community Service Project (Ben Blaine, Garrett Frey and Matthew Griesemer)

“It’s rare to place in the top 10 in three events at Nationals, and I’m super proud of these students and all who competed with Kickapoo FBLA,” Wooderson said.
