Art Club has a calendar full of exciting and enticing events! Just ask Mr. Kinkeade for a calendar to see what is coming up next! We always attend art walk, which is the first Friday of each month. Before art walk, we head downtown where we will usually meet and enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Art Club loves to travel! We go on a couple of out of town trips each year. In the past, we have gone to the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City, the St. Louis Art Museum, and a picnic walk to the Springfield Art Museum.

We pride ourselves in Parkview spirit and participate in Pillage Night, decorate a sheet for Homecoming, participate in concessions, and open house. We also meet to create art. For example: painting portraits, claymania, pumpkin carving, and stenciling t-shirts!

A few times a year we invite guest speakers, so you will get to meet real photographers, graphic designers, and other professional artists!
