Felton Wendy Felton, Wendy 2nd Grade Teacher 2nd Mann Wendy Felton has been in education for seven year. She has been Cross Categorical Teacher for four years. Prior to becoming a Cross Categorical Teacher, Wendy taught third grade for 1 year. At her first year at Mann Wendy started out as Paraprofessional and then towards the middle of that year she was places as the teacher to finish out the year as a second grade teacher. Shelangoski Angie Shelangoski, Angie Kindergarten Teacher Kindergarten Mann Angie Shelangoski is excited to join the Mann community. She is a graduate of Drury University and William Woods University. Angie will be entering her 14th year in education. Her 14 years consists of experience in education, pre-k through 8th grade (with a focus in early childhood) and educational leadership. Perkins Lacey Perkins, Lacey 1st Grade Teacher 1st Mann Lacey Hemphill graduated from MSU with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in December of 2012. Pickus Maeve Pickus, Maeve 4th Grade Teacher 4th Mann Maeve Pickus is a first year 4th grade teacher. She recently moved to Springfield with her husband and their dog, Newt, in order to be closer to beautiful Ozark streams. She has a B.A. in Biology from Truman State University and completed her M.Ed. in Environmental Education at Western Washington University in 2018. Johnson Morgan Johnson, Morgan Librarian Librarian Mann Miss Johnson started at Mann Elementary as a 4th�grade teacher before becoming the library media specialist for Mann and Bissett Elementary where she taught for the past 3 years. This year she will be joining the team at Portland. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays she will be teaching the students at Mann, while on Wednesdays and Thursdays she will be teaching at Portland. Lyons Gus Lyons, Gus 3rd Grade Teacher 3rd Mann Gus Lyons is set to begin his third year as a third grade teacher at Mann. He attended Mann as a student from K-5th grade and counts himself very lucky to have the chance to teach at his home school every day. Gus graduated from Missouri State University in 2015 with his Bachelor�s in Education and previously served as a paraprofessional at Campbell Elementary. Burke Kylea Burke, Kylea Music Teacher Music Mann Kylea Burke is starting her 3rd year of teaching and her 1st year at Mann Elementary. Before coming to Mann, she taught elementary music in Jefferson City and K-12 music in Hurley, Missouri. Kylea is so grateful to get to sing, dance, play, and create with her students every day. Worley Shelly Worley, Shelly Principal Principal Mann Dr. Shelly Worley has served as an educator for 22 years: 9 years as a classroom teacher, and 13 years as an assistant principal and principal.
