Pay to Ride

There is a provision for a limited number of non-eligible students to ride the bus in certain areas of the district. These opportunities may become available when empty seats are consistently available on a particular bus, no rerouting is required and parent/guardian-paid transportation can be provided on that route. Priority seating must remain available to eligible students. When 25 or more paid requests are made, a special for-pay route may be established. However, the availability of parent/guardian-paid transportation is not guaranteed.
