Immunizations
All students must present documentation of up-to-date immunization status, including the month, day, and year of each immunization before attending school.
Immunizations can be administered by your child's personal physician or through the CoxHealth Care Mobile.
CoxHealth CARE Mobile
The CoxHealth CARE Mobile will be providing immunizations throughout the month of August. The CARE Mobile will be operating every weekday from Aug. 10-28, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. You must make an appointment in advance.
