KHS and PHS students participate in Technology Education Association of Missouri contests
May 6, 2025
High school students from Kickapoo and Parkview participated in the 2025 Technology Education Association of Missouri (TEAM) district contest held at the Robert W. Plaster Center for Advanced Manufacturing at OTC on May 5. This year's contest had more than 100 entries with a wide variety of designs that included cabinets, chess sets, end tables, ceramics, trailers, leatherworking, and more.
Students qualifying for state contests will display their designs at Osage Beach and compete on May 12. Participating in this TEAM contest gives students recognition for their hard work and allows them to see other projects. The projects completed in Technology Education courses or as a part of TEAM allow students to show their dedication to a project and see it through from ideation to completion.
