Board meets Tuesday, September 8
The Sept. 8, 2020, combined meeting will be held in compliance with the City of Springfield Emergency Order occupancy guidelines.
The following procedures will be followed:
- Public attendance will be limited to 10 guests being allowed in the board room. The remainder of guests, until capacity is reached, will be seated in a separate room and will be able to view the meeting, via live stream, from that location.
- Masks will be required to be worn, covering your nose and mouth, to enter the building and while inside the building.
- Every guest will receive a temperature check upon entering the building. Those running a fever will not be admitted.
- Social distancing will be maintained at all times.
- Those wishing to make Public Comments must be registered to speak prior to the start of the meeting at 5:30 p.m. Those requesting to make public comments will view the meeting virtually in KAC Meeting Room B and will be escorted into the Board Room to make their comments at the appropriate time. Those unable to attend the meeting may send their Public Comments via email to Board secretary Kathy Looten at klooten@spsmail.org and they will be provided to the Board.
- The meeting will be streamed live and recorded. The link to view the meeting live can be found on the District website at SPS.org. A link to the recorded meeting can be found at https://www.sps.org/Page/1272 within 24 hours after the conclusion of the meeting.
