CARE COMING YOUR WAY
The Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals CARE Mobile is a pediatric clinic on wheels, offering basic health care services for school aged children. This service is provided through a partnership between CMN Hospitals, CoxHealth and a large family of supporters.
Throughout the school year, the CARE Mobile routinely visits schools, conveniently bringing additional health care services directly to your child. Services do not replace their primary care, but rather support children and families by offering:
• Hearing and vision screenings
• Immunization and flu clinics
• Sports physicals
• Treatment of common illnesses
When needed, the school nurse can schedule an appointment for your child with the CARE Mobile. For questions about getting on the schedule, please contact your school nurse. There is no out-of-pocket cost for these services.
