Permission form for Color Run is required and came home today!

 

We are one week away from the Color Fun Run and we have worked together to raise half of our goal! As of 9/29/22 we had raised $5,000. Our goal is $10,000! This money will help pay for quarterly celebrations, student events hosted by PTA, teacher appreciation, and play ground improvements. Let's finish strong this last week and make a final push to meet our goal! 

Check our Facebook page for updates and for a giveaway going on for liking, commenting on, and sharing our Mighty Cause site for the fundraiser! Must be the post that is related to the giveaway. The winners will recieve a 12 oz bottle of chalk for the Color Run.  Winners will be drawn and announced October 6th at 8 PM

Make plans to come volunteer and throw color chalk on Friday, October 7th. Email us at wilsonscreekpta@gmail.com or check out the Facebook page sign up to RSVP. You must sign in through Hall Pass before you are permitted in the event. If you RSVP we will have your sticker printed as long as you are already registered. 

 

5th Grade - 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM 

6th Grade - 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM

 

No parking in Car Line or Bus Lanes are permitted during the color run.

 

Chalk sales are going on now for $2 per cup! Kids and volunteers are welcome to purchase chalk!! See link to pre- purchase. - Hall Pass check in required before entering event area due to safety reasons. Make is quick by RSVPing to Wandagraypta@gmail.com or the sign up on Facebook.

On Friday, October 7th 

- Please send your child in clothes that can be stained. 

- The color chalk is non-toxic and is typically washable but might stain some fabrics. 

- All kids will be provided a white color run shirt the day of the event

- Bringing Sunglasses or goggles is recommended. 

- They can wear a mask to cover their nose and mouth if they would like. 

- Parents could bring a towel for their child to sit on in the car on the way home. 

 

We will need volunteers to help us clean up after the event. Email us at wilsonscreekpta@gmail.com if you can help!
