The Cox Care Mobile will be here at KHS on Thursday, March 2nd, offering no-cost Sports Physicals and Immunizations for our students.

Please call our school nurses at 417/523-8738 to schedule your appointment. Appointments will be available from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Schedule early to secure your spot! 

Please print out the appropriate packet or stop by the Main Office or Nurses Office to pick up a copy.
