Free Seasonal Flu Vaccine
From the School Health Room: A free seasonal flu vaccine clinic will be held at Glendale on Monday, October 7th. Permission forms and vaccine information sheets are posted on the Glendale website. Parents must complete the permission form and have the student return it to the school nurse by Friday, October 4th. Written parental consent is required for students to participate. You don't need to call to schedule an appointment.“
