From the Nurse - Attention Juniors

“Attention Juniors!! All incoming seniors must receive one dose of the Meningococcal vaccine after their 16th birthday to start school in the fall. Please bring documentation of your vaccine to the nurse to ensure a smooth start to the 2023-2024 school year. The Cox C.A.R.E Mobile staff is partnering with Glendale High School on April 4^th to host a vaccine clinic for students who need Missouri-required and CDC-recommended vaccinations at no out-of-pocket cost.  Please complete both sides of the attached parent permission form and return it to the school nurse by April 3^rd if you would like to participate.  Please see the school nurse for any questions.”
