Greeter
- Welcome guests with a smile and friendly attitude
- Distribute event information & help guests register for door prizes
- Help direct families to various stations throughout the event
Kid Zone Attendant
- Supervise children in play/activity areas
- Engage kids in games, art zone, and activities
- Ensure a safe and fun environment
Backpack/Supply Station
- Distribute backpacks and school supplies
- Restock supplies as needed
- Assist families in selecting items
Information/Direction
- Answer guest questions about the event
- Provide directions to different areas
- Support flow and organization of foot traffic
Sock Distribution
- Hand out socks to families
- Manage and organize inventory
- Keep distribution area tidy and welcoming
Convoy of Hope Grocery Distribution
- Hand out grocery items to attendees
- Replenish grocery stations
- Offer support with carrying bags if needed
Floater
- Fill in where help is needed most
- Respond to urgent volunteer needs
- Assist with general support across event
Food Service (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
- Serve free lunches to guests
- Keep food/lunch area clean and organized
- Ensure food safety standards are followed
Parking Traffic Attendant (7:30 a.m. – 11 a.m.)
- Direct cars to appropriate parking areas
- Manage vehicle flow safely and efficiently
- Welcome guests as they arrive
Waste Management
- Monitor trash and recycling bins
- Replace full bags as needed
- Keep the event space clean and tidy
Clean-up Crew
- Collect trash and recyclables
- Break down signage and Bash materials (indoors and outdoors)
- Help return venue to original condition
