Project Based Learning

What Is Project-Based Learning:

Project-based learning (PBL) is an instructional method in which students gain knowledge and skills by working for an extended period of time to investigate and respond to an authentic, engaging and complex challenge, problem, or question.  Project-based learning engages students in rigorous, standards focused, meaningful projects that are relevant to students.  At SPS, we encourage students to take an active role in their education, learn through doing, and become life-long learners.  For additional information on project-based learning, please visit the resources linked below.
