Specialty Medications: Certain specialty medications may be excluded from coverage or have an increased copay. Please use the member login for specific coverage details. Certain programs may help to reduce or eliminate the out-of-pocket costs associated with these medications. If you have never used a manufacturer's copay card, you can learn more by asking your pharmacist about using copay cards/manufacturer copay assistance programs.
