Biometric Screening and Fitness Reimbursement

A Biometric Screening (formally known as a health risk assessment) is one of the most widely used screening tools in the field of health promotion and is often the first step in multi-component health promotion program. 

Fitness center reimbursement provides employees who consistently utilize an approved fitness center with reimbursement for a portion of the annual membership expense. Due to federal guidelines, the high deductible HSA plan does not qualify for the fitness reimbursement program.

  • Review the calendar to locate your desired date/location and click on the Scheduling Link.
  • Select your appointment time.
  • Scroll down the page to complete all fields.
  • Click Next.
  • Verify the information you’ve entered is correct and click Next.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail (please check your junk/spam mail if you do not receive the e-mail).

Note: After the biometric screening is completed, Mercy will provide participants a results sheet at screening and will write down their bp/weight/waist for them. They will receive information on how to download lab results from MyMercy.
