Springfield Public Schools uses the district and its school websites in order to share news, information, announcements and more with parents, staff, the community and anyone interested in Missouri's largest provider of public education.

Managed by the district's Communication team and school webmasters, these websites feature information that is publicly available, making it easy to connect from anywhere and at any time.

Website Goals at SPS

  1. Provide accurate, timely information to parents, staff and community members.

  2. Increase awareness of the way SPS is committed to the well-being of each student by providing high-quality academic opportunities.

  3. Provide clear and accessible role and contact information for team members who directly impact the mission of the school/department.

  4. Enhance and support Springfield Public Schools’ image and branding efforts.

  5. Websites should be updated at least twice a year and reviewed often to ensure information is accurate.
