Students must be current on all required immunizations before they are permitted to attend classes. They must present documentation of month, day, and year of each immunization before starting school. Students who need immunizations will be notified by mail mid-July.   Springfield Public Schools will hold free immunization clinics at the locations, dates and times listed below.  Appointments can be scheduled by calling 523-1632.
